comics and cartoons are interesting!

Hi, teacher friends!
An American co-worker just told me about a great website she discovered where you can actually create your own comic strip or cartoon to use with your students in the class (maybe either put it in your PPT or print it out on paper for them).
the name of the website is pixton.
If you have the time, you can create funny and interesting comics using the names of some students in your class and the words you were recently using in the class and show these comics to your students. Many of our students--especially middle school boys--really like comics and cartoons and this is a way that we can make English interesting and fun for them. If your students like to play on the computer, maybe you can even ask them to create their own English comics to review the new words for part of their homework!
If you create a good comic to go with some lesson in your textbook, consider sharing it with other teachers in our group so they can use it too!
